Resumo: This essay will have two goals. The first one will be to clarify the nature of the State institution as well as the foundations and effects of its hegemony, in order to prove right Fréderic Bastiat’s insight[1] about it. The second one, subsequent, will be to provide the key points for a full-fledged strategy towards the popular awareness of such nature and hence towards resistance against that institution, taking on account some priorities and costs. Our thesis will be sequentially developed through the argumentation.
